The purpose of the API is to facilitate our relationship with our customers. This API makes it possible for customers to interact with us from their own infrastructure. We also offer customization options for our clients’ infrastructure.
It can be used by any client (EAP, parent company, BTB, subsidiary) who wishes to connect their system to the WPO case management system. An EAP or parent company using this interface can choose the subsidiary to which its members belong.
