The contenders undergo a rigorous 3-month evaluation process, assessed on their contribution to organizational excellence and guided by HREC’s principles of fairness, transparency, and practicality.

The results were determined by analyzing verified feedback from 404 certified HR professionals, who conducted a comprehensive evaluation across multiple key dimensions such as market awareness, usage rates, and brand recommendation levels.
Summary of Results
- 400+ HR decision-makers across 20 industries were surveyed; only top-performing providers were short-listed.
- WPO scored 60.89 % in overall market awareness versus a 33.17 % participating vendor average.
- WPO market penetration rate reached 5.94 %, ahead of the 4.23 % peer mean.
- Most importantly, 75 % of current clients stated they would actively recommend WPO to other enterprises—exceeding the 64.42 % industry baseline.

Employee data collected in the WPO Center for Workplace Effectiveness 2025 Psychological Safety Study, showed a high rate of anxiety and stress that is related to wanting to perform at highly productive, competitive, and competent levels.
Data compiled by the HR Excellence Center (HREC) to determine the award winners revealed that 98% of participants felt supported, heard, and better equipped to manage personal and professional challenges after engaging with WPO China services.
“Chinese work values are centered on collectivism and building a community, hard work, endurance, and honesty,” said Wynne Wee, Vice President, Service Delivery for WPO Asia Pacific. “We observed lower rates of workplace issues in China relating to workplace conflicts as the social support systems and efforts to cooperate as a team tend to be stronger than the global average. However, we do see a higher rate of anxiety and stress that is related to wanting to perform at highly productive, competitive, and competent levels. This then relates to perceived discrepancies between the effort they invest in their work versus the compensation, reward, and recognition received.”
WPO China partners with clients to address mental health stigma so that employees understand why and how to seek help. WPO and one client co-created a live dialogue series on mental health: featuring both WPO professionals and company leaders. The program promoted awareness and encouraged self-care. The campaign doubled EAP utilization year-over-year, proving the power of collaboration and conversation.
